All purchases are final
ChessUrge sells digital credits that are delivered immediately to your account. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or cash withdrawals once credits have been purchased.
Failed analysis
If an analysis or bot move fails because of a platform error, the affected credits are restored automatically. This is a service correction, not a refund. If you believe credits were lost incorrectly, email admin@chessurge.org from your account address with the payment or ledger reference.
Free credits
Free credits from signup, streaks, daily wins, rewarded breaks and achievements have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. An open chargeback may place paid credits on hold while the dispute is reviewed. Accounts with repeated chargebacks may be suspended.
